Services

BrightNest Home Cleaning provides residential cleaning services in Austin, TX and surrounding areas. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on the actual condition, size, and scope of the home at the time of service.

Booking & Cancellations

By requesting a quote or booking a service, you authorize us to contact you to confirm details. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least [24/48] hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via secure payment link. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee covers re-cleaning only and does not constitute a refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Access to Your Home

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled time. If our cleaners are unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

Liability

BrightNest Home Cleaning is insured and bonded. Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
